Health Insurance Information

***In response to the governors guidance for COVID – 19, we are allowing in person appointments, as long as clients are not symptomatic of the coronavirus.

I also offer Telehealth sessions by zoom if you are wanting to stay in the privacy of your home.

I encourage everyone to follow social distancing guidelines at the counseling office. Thank you, Charlotte Rohrbacker MSW LCSW ICST***

Things that you can ask your insurance company

  • Find out if your insurance covers mental health and how many sessions are covered.
  • Ask if I am in your insurance network. If not, does your plan allow the option to work without the network provider
  • Do you have a deductible. If so, how much is it.
  • How much is your co-pay

What to Know About Insurance

It is important to be aware that whenever insurance is used with psychotherapy, treatment must be considered “medical necessity”, which means that you would be diagnosed. Your diagnosis information then gets transferred to my biller and then the insurance company. If you do not want to go through an insurance company, please ask about adjusted fees.
